One-Time Fee: If you are not a new S-Corp and you start service with us any month after March, there is a one-time fee, equal to $175 per month (starting April through the month before you start service.
Example: you start service in August. Your one-time fee will be $700 (since April to July is 4 months). The one-time can be spread over the course of 3 months if requested.
Filing the S-Corp Election (Form 2553): $300
This is only if you don’t already have an S-Corp Election.
